2008 Wireless & Mobile Expo and Conference / 2008 RFID Forum Call for Speakers is now closed.

All submissions are being reviewed and speakers will be confirmed by written correspondance shortly.

To submit proposals for the 2009 Wireless & Mobile Expo and Conference / 2009 RFID Forum, please send an inquiry to conference@wowgao.com with the following information:

1. Speaker Information:
   Name
   Title

   Brief bio (100 words)
   
   
2. Speaker Photo: (passport-sized jpeg image)
   Resolution must be 300 dpi at 3" x 3" or at least 900 pixels by 900 pixels
   
   
3. Abstract of Presentation:
   Must include: Track and Title of the presentation.
   (200 words, please write the abstracts in third person format)
   
   
4. Summary:
   Brief description (1 to 2 sentences) of the presentation abstract.
   
   
5. What Attendees Will Learn:
   List some learning outcomes for the audience
   
   
6. Immediate Benefits for the Organization:
   How does the information shared immediately benefits the attendees' organization?
   (e.g. Enables successful IT services, better deployment methods, cost reduction etc.)
   
   
7. Style of Presentation:
   (e.g. Business Session, Case Study, How-To/Instructional Guide, Technical Lecture etc.)
   
   
8. Company Description (100 words)
   
   
9. Company Logo: EPS format
   
   Software Versions Accepted:
   (Preferred) Illustrator CS or lower
   Photoshop CS or lower (Only if preferred format is not available. Note that in some cases, a Photoshop file may not have the required resolution and may be unusable.

   Colour
   Please provide PMS and 4-color process version of your logo.
   If you have grayscale version, please send that too.
   All text must be changed to a graphic via the “Change to Outline” option
   
   If your logo file includes a placed image as part of the design, it must be embedded and
   resolution must be sufficient for specific print methods. For print, resolution must be
   300 dpi at 3” x 3”. For banner and signage, resolution must be at least 72-100 dpi at 105” x 35”
   
   Formats NOT Accepted:
   GIF files from or created for the Web
   JPG files from or created for the Web
   Word/text documents
   PDF Files
